How Does Virguy, Win W/ Taurus Girl?

So I met Taurus girl at night club by accident. I had been talking to her on phone.
Within 5 seconds, I told her how much I cared for her, and wanted to see her.
It wasn't bullshit as I call her all the time.
5 seconds later, I just up and kiss her, and we kissed for like 5 minutes straight.
She tells me she likes me, obviously. It was a beautiful kiss.
I follow her around and kind of joke with her, then another guy I guess he knew comes up and pissed on my hydrant and told Clay Aiken to buzz his ass off. She takes some shots, and starts wandering around aimlessly. Think she drunk now? I follow her cuz I care for her, I really do.

So her friend leaves without her, and its just her and her two friends therre abandoned, and my boy is making out with her friend coicidentally.

When we leave, she's drunk as fuck, and being irrationally stubborn. As in, it's fucking raining outside, and I'm like, Stefan is groing to drive you to my car, and I'll drive you home.
No. No. No. No. Then I talk to some girl on the phone in Spanish and she gets pissed, cuz she doesn't speak Spanish.
Finally her friend gets out of his car while I'm soaking wet. 'WE'RE GOING!' She says. Taurus girl gets in car.
She's cold, I try to give her my jacket. 'No.' I force it on her, cuz she was cold as hell obviously.
I tell her how much I like her. "You don't like me." I kiss her neck and her back. "You're trying to manipulate me."
I respond, "I'm not, I just want to see you for so long." Response: "You don't want to see me." I say, "I want to be in love with you. I love you." Response: "You don't even know what love is." Yadda-yadda, I just keep telling her, and she keeps denying.

They decide to go to a really ghetto ass night club, and she's just 'whatever.' We go there, and she gets out the care and gets on distance from me. Then some big ass black dude grabs her wrists, cuz I guess she thought she was alone or something, she pushes off, and and he gets in her box, grabs again. I come up, "GET OFF MY GIRL DOG, ILL BREAK YOUR FUCKING TEETH IN!" Guys backs off, we walk in.

In the club she just walks around, all moody quiet and miserable. Every 30 seconds, she'll get up, and walk somewhere. This was a well known shady till 6am in the morning night club, that only drunk ass people go to, so, I would just follow her. She said she wants to leave, I try to get a hold of my friend. Both the friends come, and she phones a cab.
I tell them I'll wait outside with them. 'No.'

Her friend says, "No come wait outside with us."
Taurus girl just says, "No."
So I'm like whatever, please wait in the doorway.
I don't get her. She's all into me, and sweet for one second, and on the phone.
Then she gets drunk and turns into angry irrational drunk girl who hates me.
I wasn't even trying to bed her, I really do care about her, and she just step all over me.
She can't be reasoned with either. I haven't talked to her for two days now.
I'm wondering if I should?
Wha'ts her deal, does she think I'm fake?
She's a kind of suburban white people right winger type-a-girl, so maybe she likes me, but gets some kind of
creepy 'I-luv-joo-let-me-get-in-your-pants' vibe off me and my boy.
What's the deal? Cuz it's not like that, I really want to be in love with that girl.
