how to know if this taurus girl likes me?

i am confused a little...... we meet 6 months ago and at first time she keep staring and she asked my name first and than our friendship started ..she keep touching when we first met but thn i didint responded .so found another boy ,he is good looking and take her to restaurents and they are like a couple ..as the boy really impressed her ..my disfortune as i am very introvoted
type but she keep staring and whenever we meet i had this feeling that she loves me but i dont know as a taurus she is very stubborn
and dont tell me anything , we havent talk for a month & i dont knw if she mad at me or what as she never talk to me first . i want advice from you guys should i talk to her or dont do anything or i am just being delusional?
i think she's hurt a little and i dont know what to do .
