You told him you dont do one night stands and then proceeded to have sex with a guy who you said you were only friendly with. You behaved in way that said I have one night stands.
The blame doesn't lay solely on him. You also should take some personal responsibility in your disappointment.

You put it out there that you don't want anything romantic, just a FWB (I suppose), but you are annoyed that it was a one time hook up and not multiple hook ups? Wha?
Did you lay out these rules and restrictions to him or did you think he would assume he is special because you said you're not into one night stands, BUT you waived that rule JUST for him. I'm not sure YOU are being realistic in your expectations. Did you tell him your expectations, and if you didn't tell the man how would he know?
In my mind... if you wanted more from this equation you should have laid it out there before you guys went there. If you did not, then there was no contract for both of you to adhere to and you have no ground to get disappointed about.
He isn't a bad guy and neither are you. I just think you are being extremely unrealistic. That man owes nothing to you. Not even a second glace. Sometimes what you found interesting in a person disappears... this can happen before sex and after.
