Melodramatic!?!

Soooo this is both rant and question! My bull is back in one of his cold phases and after having such a great hot phase I'm finding it hard to not jump up and down on the bed throwing a temper tantrum screaming I want the sweet hot version of you back NOW DAMMIT! So he calls yesterday super happy about a project he finished that will hopefully be the 1st step in alleviating all the stress he's under (man my fingers are crossed) and he wants to celebrate with me. So we get together and have a great time just relaxing with movies, massages and bubble baths; we spent all yesterday and today together just vegging out, it was great. But the over-analytical Virgo in me could still tell he was in work mode. I love that he's a work-a-holic but in the same breath I HATE when he can't completely switch off when we get together. I keep fighting the urge to press the issue, but it would do no good as when he's in work mode all he sees it work. grrr it can be soo frustrating! Anyway we were talking this morning and I told him he could be a bit rough when he's focused and he told me that I can be a bit melo-dramatic, but it's cute cause I'm such a baby. This bothers me because only people I let this close to me see that I can be a bit of a baby and I hate that! But I guess my questions are; is it bad if a Taurus thinks the person they're dating is melo-dramatic? He said I'm not dramatic but I can be melo-dramatic sometimes. I agree; with my Aries moon every issues is always a crisis in matters of emotions. Then my 2nd question is: How do you ease a bull out of work mode when it's time to relax? Or what are some tips so I can better deal with him when he's all hyper-focused like this? It's like once he decides it's time to work again, NOTHING else matters.

I know with bulls its all about the actions. The fact that he celebrates with me, spends his free time with me, makes sure to take care of me in practical ways are all his way of showing his love for me. But it can be soo hard to remember that when you guys are more robot than Virgos and even less vocal about your emotions. Comments, opinions, advice pls!

@Torro you absolutely right about that. When he was hot the stress of work had died down and he had time for me and he was 100% focused on us and I LOVE that! It wasn't like he was spending every waking moment with me I could just feel his openess (not a real word) during that time. Then things got REAL for him and he shut all that down and got FOCUSED. I guess I'll just try to calm down and understand that this will pass when the stress passes. He was definitely full on relaxed last night! I had the bath oils, the candles, the music, the super hot water, the wine. He said he hadn't been that relaxed since the last trip we took together. I guess I should be happy he associates me with relaxing. Gahhh sometimes I just want what I want when I want it...Not a good trait with a Taurus...

hmmm ok a comedy! I'll give that a try when we get together tomorrow. Now I just need to find a REALLY funny movie to show him.

We just decided to take a road trip to visit his little brother so I will try to learn some knock knock jokes to keep the mood light and funny on the road...lol
