I met an amazing Taurus man (May 5) recently and we have been dating, Me: Cancer (July 21). He is everything I??ve ever wanted ??_. If I had a checklist, it would be full! I sincerely have affection for this man, and I know I am falling for him although it's only been a few weeks. He acts as if falling for me too ??_. But there is a catch, he is married. He tells me he has been separated for 10 months, after 22 years of marriage.

I am seeking advice how to proceed, or not proceed. Some facts:

1. We live 5 hours apart
2. We have not been intimate
3. He is visibly affectionate when we go out, has taken me to his favourite pub where he is well known. Hold my hands, kisses me in public
4. He calls daily, but ALWAYS when he is driving, and he NEVER picks up when I call him. He does return my call promptly, either via text or he calls
5. He works long hours, shift work, and gets a week off at a time on a 14 day rotation, but makes no effort to come and see me.
6. He made arrangements for work to be done on my car by a of his friend who owns a shop.
7. Says he has told his buddies about me and even showed them my picture.

I recently asked him if he was on Facebook, he told me no. I did a little sleuthing and low and behold, there he was. I checked out his wife's page, and hers indicates that they are still —married??.

I texted him and told him that I caught him in his Facebook lie and that I was upset, I have not returned any of his calls or texts since ( a whole 2 hours lol). I can't help but feel he is hiding something ??_

I have just started to get to know a Taurus man, also may 5th.

He's been separated for 7 months. I know he is because I've been to his home and he most definitely lives alone, is moving next week and I'll help him move since he'll a few streets away from me.

However.....I can already tell after just a month that in his head he is still very much married (after 17 years).
I won't be sleeping with him or pursuing anything more, I;m just happy to hang out because he's nice company. We've kissed and it's staying at that. He has a facebook account, his ex wife is still on it.

Your Taurus sounds a little odd. But then I'm already working out that he's a little odd and sporadic with contact until the last few days.

Are you absolutely sure he's not still with his wife?

Regardless of his sign, it takes a while for a lot of people to get their head around being separated and it may well be he's one of them. It does sound a little odd that he won't take your call.

Tell him you're coming for a visit and see what he says?

Question(s)

1. When the two of you go out on dates, is it in your hometown or his?
2. Have you ever been to his place?
3. He said he 'bragged' to his friends about you...Have you ever met any of them?

1. Its his hometown (not a large city)
2. I haven't been to his place, he says he lives with a friend & his family
3. I met the fellow who worked on my car & I met the barmaid who is a friend of his

Update:

I cut him loose. Friday - told him i needed to think and and emailed him today (Tuesday) and told him that i cared for him, but couldn't run the risk of getting hurt. That he was married and initially I thought I was ok with it, but I'm not ... I also told him I was glad we had the time we did and didn't regret it, but wished circumstances were different.

Called him a few hours after to talk, to see what he had to say (maybe fishing to get him to change my mind) .... no answer, texted twice, no return texts or calls 😢 I went for a drive and cried for a good hour. (the first and last tears I will give him)

I know I'm better, off ... but my heart hurts.

Its a whole year later and I still can't get this man off my mind. There have been others, and I thought time would would heal this hurt, but I still long for him.

I called him once last winter, he answered, but didn't recognize my number (had obviously deleted it from his phone). He made up some lame excuse about a new phone, asked to see me, but our schedules didn't permit. I was hurt and didn't call again, neither did he. I thought, NOW ... I know for sure he doesn't want me, now I can move on. I deleted his number and vowed to forget him. No such luck 😢

Today I'm browsing an online classifieds site - and completely randomly stumble across a 'for sale' ad he posted. His phone number was listed ....

Do I bother?

What part of your own words are you not understanding sweetie?
You can do better than a married man,and you can chose to forget the cheating scumbag.

Hi beelicious.I understand what you are going through. We all can tell you to leave him alone but only you can muster up the strength to let him go completely. It didn't matter if he'd wanted you or not because he was married and lied to you about all of those things. A man will want you whether he's married or not, and it doesn't mean he'll leave her for you. So regardless of his feelings would you want to be with a man like that? Yes, moving on can hurt like hell but in the long run you'll benefit so much more. It all has to do with self worth.
