She returns! Question for you beautiful, Taureans.

I was with a Taurus (Pisces moon) about three years ago, we had an extremely passionate relationship for only a few months. I hate to be cliche, but it was love at first sight. And to be honest I have never gotten over her. I have always felt we were meant to be together. I have been with others and tend to get over people relatively quickly! Not so much for her, she still resonates in my heart. Life did not allow us to be together, however and we were kind of abruptly torn apart. We stopped talking but a year ago she contacted me again-checking in I am assuming. She got into another relationship relatively quickly after we ended. So, a few days ago she made contact with me again, she had requested an instagram follow over the Holiday's as well. She is still with her current girlfriend but she was extremely flirty and was speaking as if we still knew every aspect of each other. Things haven't changed, we are still in different areas. I am just curious from a Taurean perspective if any of you may be able to provide any insight? It would be of comfort to hear how the Taurus mind works. I am a female Scorpio Sun, Gemini Moon and Aquarius Rising as well.
