Taurean girls! how do ur work colleagues find u—

I only worked in two places my whole life.. the first had a very laid back atmosphere and it was like a center not an office with employees in uniforms..

Now I work in a family business, but it's temporary until I find a good job. I am also in a managerial position that I believe does not suit me at all (I am forced into it) .. I think people at work find me intimidating bec. my shyness/being quiet seems to them like I'm arrogant, strict (eventhough I am very laid back at this job that I rarely call them on their mistakes) I am not bossy bec. to be honest I don't see myself in this job anyway!

Today I was waiting at the elevator after work hours and my back was facing the office door.. I could feel the presence of an employee opening the office door to go out, but went back inside when he saw me.. I think bec. in my society, decent men dont get into the same elevator when there's a woman waiting for it (cause elevetor is usually small) .. but well I still felt awkward, this situation happened before and when they are talking to me at work, they seem very respectful but look scared :/ I am never mean to anyone and people (outside work) always said how I'm kind hearted, peaceful and sweet (no bragging.. even those qualities make me feel weak)

I am just wondering how people at work find you taureans? I really think they are scared of me eventhough I never meant to?!

My colleagues often tell me I'm intimidating at first. Leo rising here! I'm not really the kind of jolly person. I usually smile at people I know but I dunno they find me a serious person though. But after a while, they usually get comfortable with me. I'm usually nice with others but I don't get too close to everyone. I choose the ones who are genuine and unselfish.
