So I met this Bull in August, we had an intense week before he moved to another country but we kept a long distance 'thing' going on…he came back to visit me for a weekend in September and we stayed in a star hotel and last week he booked me a executive flight to go visit him for 4 days and stay at his house.
The day after he booked the tickets (we were talking through Skype at the same time as booking tickets and everything was good), he went kind of distant and slightly cold…
He will always reply to my messages and answer my calls however he is not initiating hardly anything. I am not being needy nor showing insecurity but I wish he would go back to his old self so we can build up some extra excitement before the trip. Yesterday I messaged him and he hinted I went silent when in reality I am now starting to hold back a little because I don't want to feel I am too in his face since he apparently is in need of some more time to himself…not sharing anything that is going on his life etc…still very sweet and apparently looking forward to see me…
Ugh! I need affection and attention and he is actuating pushing me away behaving like this….I will give it one last shot because the trip is all booked but we will have to talk about expectation and where this long distance thing is viable or not.
Such a shame..he is the most perfect suitor I have ever met..

it is quite possible he is going through something at the moment. try to be patient and understanding. you need to be a strong person when dealing with a bull. they don't always make it easy to care for them but if he is a good guy then he is worth the extra bit of patience and consideration.

sometimes not everything is about you.

Thanks. I just feel I am dealing with a fine line of showing enough interest and affection so he won't think I don't care versus respecting his space.
He already mentioned I have gone silent when in reality he is the one who has..

Anyway, sorry for the typos in the OP, I am tired..

i know it is hard but you need to be like nothing has changed. where he is inconsistent you must be steady and steadfast. yes, easier said than done but go on like you were before. when they are dealing with something, they like to know that you are still there even if they never turn to you with their problems.

be a strong confident woman and they will appreciate it.

Ok, I know I can be needy, had loads of problems in the past and now I am working on it. I am extremely careful not to display neediness to the bull but I guess he can feel the vibe even from a distance.
So I suddenly got busier than before and genuinely didn't have time to message (or even think much about) him, guess what? He became his old self, funny, charming etc…I sense that he is a little insecure and need reassurance but this is probably due to the distance and the amount of time we are away from each other…In person he is super confident and in control.
