Taureans .. How do you deal with suppressed anger?

People think we are too calm, too patient, too relaxed, having no idea about the anger within. Now after a broken relationship, I feel like I'm boiling inside, even though over 6 months passed now, but I am still very angry at ex.

How do you deal with this Taureans?

I have calmed down a lot. In my first relationship I would yell and scream. I loved to fight back. Now that I am older I just hold it in and think how karma is going to get the other person. I will just sit and watch it unfold.

Lol reminds me of my mother she's a Taurus sun and moon she keeps that shit in her you can tell she's pissed😂 I love that shit but seriously get a libra in your life to handle these things for you.

I watched her literally beat the shit out of my Leo brother with a cable wire and the other time it's like she turned into Muhammad Ali and boxed him into a corner 😆

He was a fellow taurus, he proposed to me but afterwards many troubles evolved (too complicated to post on here) and we had no chance to contact me, anyway his last message to me was insincere, he was basically telling me he's done all he could and asking me if I've done the same. Honestly it made me feel like he threw love with all its meaning out of the window. But, if I have talked to him at that time, I would have argued with him and things were already bad..
