After disappearing for almost a month, this Taurus I was talking to comes to my job and just stares at me. 5 days later He gives me BS story about how the day we were going to hang out he needed to go to his dads house and he thought that I wouldn't believe him so he just never answered any of my texts. I say okay and I respect him for coming to me and reaching out and since then we have been texting but I always initiate any contact and he'll respond but he will never initiate. A couple days ago he told me he was going away for four days and I said to have fun since then he's never responded it's been two days and I haven't heard from him. I'm trying to be paitient but it just seems he's not interested. Should I just move on? Or wait? I'm giving him a week and if I don't hear from him then I'm just done,is this the right thing to do?

Honestly you've been beyond patient.

Go back and read your own words. Do we really have to tell you that he's not that interested in you, his actions alone speak volumes about his interest in you.

If I were you I wouldn't give him another chance to pull this BS on me again.

You deserve so much more but if you stick around for bullshit that's all you're ever going to receive because you're sticking around for it.

This guy is just rude and unavailable and does not deserve your patience.

This sounds JUST like my situation, except his excuse is he "doesn't have time" and his "phone was taken away," plus I can never talk to him anymore, I always have to be the one to initiate conversation and whenever I try to talk to him, he will keep it brief and stops responding after four or five texts... its THE MOST ANNOYING THING. I'm moving on myself, its hard but must be done.
I laughed when you said he 'just stared at you.' I got a lot of this before..

Just move on. It's not worth it and it's probably a lack of interest/ he doesn't see your value.

I'm going through the same issue right now. The Taurus I'm interested in is always pulling the hot and cold act. Every time I pull away and go missing she panics and blows up my phone with text and end up in my face trying to get me to be nice to her again. I'm seriously tired of it and also decided to just move on and just be friends with her. Unless she's ready to commit to something serious then friends is what we will be and she can play hot and cold with herself.

Have you ever called her out on it? I think that's what I might do if he continues...

He didn't answered you since you find him a bullbutter already, so it's already pointless to him for answering you. Like you weren't believing him.

I would have believed him if he told me at the point he knew he couldn't make it,not after a month of no contact.

You are desperate...Let me point it out for you again.

disappeared for almost a month and you stuck around for that

He gives me BS story and you stuck around for that

I always initiate any contact and you're still the only one initiating and you stuck around for that

never answered any of my text and you stuck around for that

A woman that sticks around for that mess is desperate and has desperation written all over her.

A woman worth her salt wouldn't stick around for that kind of bullshit but desperation can make women do mind boggling things.

I never stuck around. After a week of not hearing from him I was pissed and moved on. I thought I said he never initiated. He would quickly reply, but never initiate. I'm not initiating anything and haven't since Monday,if you've read my replies...he's the one that came to my job twice. The fact I so-called stuck around was me giving him the benefit of a doubt- once. Thanks for taking the time to add your input tho.

But you haven't moved on, you're on DXP talking about some clown that ignores you, talking about him is not moving on.

A man who does not initiate is lazy and not interested. His not initiating is setting you up to chase him which you've been doing by being the one who always initiates communication. Realistically there should be an equal amount of initiating by him to you IF he's interested in you.

He came to your job twice, so what, big deal, he's not initiating anything by coming to your job, he's just bating you back into chasing him again because you chasing him makes him feel good about himself.

Giving some guy the benefit of the doubt who ignores you, doesn't initiate communication does not deserve the benefit of the doubt because he's playing mind games.

Your behavior is desperate, desperate women are available and put up with nonsensical bullshit behavior.
