Taurus interested in Taurus who is with Leo

I'm a Taurus man interested in a Taurus woman however she's seeing a Leo man.

In my minds eye I don't see them lasting, however that might just be me hoping.

Is he her boyfriend or are they just casually going on dates? Either way (bf/gf or not) I see nothing wrong with going after what you want, unless she makes it clear that she's not interested in you. i.e. as long as it doesn't turn into harassment, but that's just common sense and at the end of the day, your dignity, which I'm sure that you, as a Taurus, put a high value on. Who says that (physical) cheating has to be a part of the package?

A little backstory.

We're four days apart in age. My uncle married her aunt. So we have known each other most of our lives. She knows the Leo for about half a year now.
