Taurus man and faded communication

If me and taurus man fell out of communication while in the slightly getting to know eachother phase and nothing really happened(date, intimacy etc.) what are the chances that he would love to hear from me ? Should I at least reach out? I'm afraid of rejection our last text convo was 3 months ago

He gave me his work card along with his cell on the back with all his info so it's kinda easy to look him up , and he has a picture of me in his phone and me of him idk if he's saved it (is that likely ?)

He asked for my full name idk why but I gave him my wrong last name so being that he couldn't find anything on me (like social networks etc.) does he think I'm hiding something ?

I feel if we were to meet up and being that I gave him a fake last name (because I did not know him all that well to be an open book to a complete stranger) would he be skeptical of my motives?)it's not actually A fake name it's my fathers name I wanted to take that name after my parents got married but later on changed my mind
