It really depends on the kind of relationship you have now. From all these threads you've started, it sounds like you in the dark with this guy.
They are not that mysterious. If they are interested in you, you would start having some clear signs. From what you've written over these few months I'm not sure you're getting them beyond him occasionally complimenting you.
They are sweet, sensitive and a bit clingy but in a good way.. Well I like it. Like he's responsive and attentive but not overbearing.
If he likes you just see where his time and attention go. Taurus are so simple its really kind of funny
