Taurus Men are THE BEST.

Wow. I have to say, Taurus men are the most wonderful creatures. I was a bit confused at first, he moved so slow it was like he wasn't moving. But patience surely does pay off with this man. As a result they will give you love, protection, romance, beauty, sincerity, honesty, and loyalty. He makes me feel like no one else ever has before, and makes me better. He's not perfect, but he's good. Stubborn as hell, but worth it. I am glad I was calm and patient in the beginning. Excited about the future, but blessed to have this person in my life for any season as it has truly made an imprint on me.

Good for you! What advice can you give to others that may be playing the "waiting game?"

Earth signs will tell it to ya straight, no sugar coating.

Great advice! Thanks. I'm an Earth sign also but Taurus people have their own language. Like you at first I didn't understand the silence but I have back off to allow him to take care of the things I knew about all along. The only thing I can do is give him space and allow him to come back when he is ready.

Signs MY Taurus liked me (text book)
*gifts/ he's struggling to build a career, but bought me a very thoughtful expensive present
*wants to know what you're doing, asks a lot of questions. Had I not known better I would have seen it as lack of trust, or being nosey, but it actually translates to= possesiveness..which is good with a Taurus. Means they care about you.
*wants to see me more. At first once a week was fine and he would make light of our gaps between. Now it's a day later and he's calling me saying it "feels like it's been forever since he's seen me' (cue-possessive=sweet) Also before he didn't want to talk on the phone. Now he just calls me for no reason to hear my voice. Before he 'didn't like to talk on the phone'. LOL. If I don't pick up he usually leaves me a message singing to me. I've read about other Tauruses doing this. It's pretty hilarious.
*inviting you into their life=trust=future building. Now he wants me to come to where he lives. Be with his friends. See his work. Point out the street his sister lives in.
*he also hums the 'here comes the bride' there randomly when he's around me LOLOLOL


Best question: Are you sure you want your Taurus? Cause they're slow, but they are lifers once they attach.


Oh, and one more thing, the stubbornness gets a bit better. He is still very stubborn, but more likely to do something I want to do, somewhat begrudgingly (but he gets over it) to keep it peaceful. Before it was just an epic standoff.

You know what though, you can do things to coax him along. Social network sites are a great tool. Mine was being stoic, so I just went on a killer hike (something he wanted to do with me) with a group of people and posted pictures where I knew he would see. Guess what? He was blowing up my phone about it and 'couldn't wait' to meet and talk about my experience. You can definitely help them along if they're just being lazy. If he has some sort of issue he's working through, then give the space. And yea, they totally have their own language(: A bit quirky I'd say!

Ladies, he is STILL coming around. There are times I feel (now) like he is distant and am like, wait where do we stand? Even though I just saw him and everything was fine. I feel him taking his distance right now. I think he IS steady, but so slow moving,and not really much of an initiator, that it feels that way to me. Slightly off setting. But oh well. They move very very very very very slow. I even told him this when we spoke last. Finally got him to fess up about when we first started dating and some insight: For a year we were friends, spoke like once a month on the phone. He wasn't initiating so I wasn't either. He told me when he went out of the country someone asked him about who he was interested in and HE SAID ME...this was a month before anything happened between us! I was STUNNED because when we kissed he acted surprised, but apparently he'd been seeing me this way for a long time, just couldn't step up to the plate. It's frustrating. Sometimes I wonder myself, are you down for me? Are you worth it? But when I see him eye to eye my worries fadeinstantly.

And so far, his word has been good. Even when I feel it's hanging by a thread, he always shows up like he said he would and it goes well. Today is another day like this where I am wondering if I will see him when he's trying to meet me at an event. But I'm leaving it up to him to make the contact, and be responsible with the plans. I will go without him if he doesn't reach out, but be pissed if he doesn't let me know. Then he will get iced. So we shall see.

Hard thing for me to answer. Known him for 18 years. Dated for 2 the first 2 years. Broke up lost contact. .reconnected 2 years ago. Took him 2.5 years.

Just wanted to say that... I'm really appreciating my bull. His heart is so loving and genuine. He really came charging recently. It's overwhelming a bit when he says what he feels but it's amazing. He puts his feelings into words so eloquently. It's absolutely captivating. Touches my heart like no other has.

I did. I put my heart out there a lot for him. Expressed my feelings for him even when he wasn't sure. I would tell him that I don't know how he felt but I had to tell him how I felt. I did a few times but each time I did he felt more comfortable in telling me his feelings.

Again our situation is a bit different but. . It may help.

It seems like me putting myself out there and kind of letting him know "the water" was ok and that he could take my hand and join me.

I did it through music first. We like much of the same songs and I know a few of his favorite artists. .soi started out that way. Finding S'videos on you tube and sending them to him. Then I wrote hima letter told him everything but didn't send it. Put everything in perspective for me so that when I did say it I didn't ramble. Just reworded what I wanted to say a little lighter.

I didn't really expect a response. Just said what I felt to feel better I guess. I'm a cancer rising.

I can tell, i see that we go about things kinda the same way, i also write letters to get my thoughts together before i actually open up and express my emotions and i consider sending him songs and stuff like that but i alway wonder if he's gonna think its weird lol but also a big problem that i have is that when face to face he makes me calm and open and i could tell him things with ease but away from him i get soo nervous and shy that i cnt send the message and it get so aggravating. LOL. I didn't say I didn't over think. Lol. THAT I do. Just keep it to myself most times. Usually he will tell me something and I will realize The I stressed for nothing. Lol.

HAHAHA spot on. I usually think its about me, when its nothing to do with me. Poor guy I gave him an attitude for not calling when he said, but then he did everything he could to try to see me. He sounded off all day, and I finally got him to explain there is a major war in his family and hes stuck in the middle. I never see him blue like this. So of course i feel like a jerk for worrying, nitpicking...They are truly sensitive souls..Even when he messes up (doesnt call) its usually for a valiant reason (helping his family). Sigh..

I agree! Taurus men are great. They seem like difficult players but the taurus men i know bare their souls to me without becoming overwhelmingly emotional in a way that few others can. I hear a lot about them cheating, but mature taurus guys that have gotten past the wandering eye are the perfect guys to date/get into a relationship with if you're looking for something long term and with real substance.
