If it's that venus you're worried about, I'd learn your own and experience how well you mesh. I got my own Gemini Venus with a Taurus sun too (his moon is in Scorpio though). Been very loyal and lots of fun to me. Might be that he's compatible to my Libra Venus 12th house.

My venus Gem man is loyal AF to the T. His is in the 5th house so his themes center around loyalty, confidence and playfulness. He's only ever been with one lady before me and that was 7 years prior to me (he stayed alone for 7 years after finding out she cheated on him). When I started dating him, he was definitely not into BS and made it clear he's gonna go ghost if I cheat because he was tired of it from the previous girl, plus the other girls he tried to talk to (but didn't date... Kept running into girls who lied about being single). Don't pay too much attention to just bad aspects and negative sides of sign (a sign in a planet does not inherent all of the signs traits, it depends on degrees). Both my bf and i arw taurus sun and gemini venus.
I couldn't imagine charing on him and he had an awful gf who cheated and got pregnant from the guy so I'm pretty confident he wouldn't cheat on me.
We haven't been together long so I'm not sure, but so far I trust him and he appears loyal AF
Keep in mind, what everyone else is saying...astro placements aren't fool proof and any sign can cheat regaled less of olacwments. I think it's more character and environment then astrology.
