taurus women and gemini man...help!

I have a new friend and he's a Gemini. I don't think I've ever dated a Gemini so I'm looking for infomation and tips on this guy. He seems to be very truthful, fun, and about his business (making money). He loves to love and is very excited to have the chance to show me the MAN he is. I'm open to it because I love to be spoiled and that's all he talks about! "It's all about YOU" You know us Taurus women...we love ACTION (cash)! Any tips on how to make him happy so he can keep spoiling me...lol

And is all of this real or is this one of the many faces I will begin to notice with him? I only know one right now...and it's all GOOD!

Hi TaurusUpgrade.....I am not a Taurus, I am a Cancer female....I have dated one Gemini male and all that I can say is tread cautiously......Gemini, the Twins, usually likes everything in twos if you know what I mean....

You have to be intellectually compatible with them first and foremost, in order for them to be and KEEP (keyword) their interest?.. Initially they will be attracted to you to figure you out but once they have solved your mystery then tend to get bored very easily, unless you can keep them interested, which can be difficult??..Once they get bored they may disappear and look for a new adventure?..Gem guy that I dated was a smooth talker, and boy could he lie?? He could lie to in your face so effortlessly that I would start to second guess what I knew to be true (They have excellent communication skills, most of them)...

On a more positive note, he was the life of any party and whenever I needed cheering up or encouragement he was able to provide that....He was moody though, and I mean I can be moody, but he was like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, so I never knew which one I was getting when I would speak to him.....He wanted things to go his way....He would spoil me at times and then at other times he would get mad if he felt I was too dependent.....He never appeared to get jealous....He had a tendency to say things that he would come back and say he did not remember saying or didn't mean.....

Gemini's are very chatty and like to have fun.....They do not like clingy or possessive people....They also want you to trust them, and even if you have suspicions about their actions, give them the benefit of the doubt before vocalizing them....NEVER accuse them of something if you have no proof or did not see it with your eyes.....They like communication, so if you don't mind talking, texting, emailing a lot then it should be easy....Hope this helps and that everything works out for you??This is only from my interaction with my Gemini....

Since he is a mature guy he is more aware of his natural faults and works very hard on correcting them. But I'm worried about the getting bord thing. I love adventure and trying new things, but I'm not a mood hopper. I'm not very good at picking the current mood people are in for the day. I don't have much time for that...

Yes, as they get older they mellow out and are more in tuned to what they are looking for and want. I also think they are more willing to compromise and be open to expressing emotions. Me and my Gem met when I was 17 and he was 23.....We dated on and off (mostly off) for the past 12 years...In between him I was in LTR with a Pisces (5 years) and an Aqua (4 years)

I am now 29 and he is 35 and he seems like he has grown, so you may have a much easier time dealing with Gemini since he is mature....

I love Gemini men (I have a Gem moon which I think is the reason). I love the way they have fun, flirt, tease and charm you. But I've not just had my fingers burnt but my whole hand lol

The last Gem I dated I meet at work. When I first met him I knew he had a gf so I never bothered with him except the odd chat. Over a year later, he started flirting with me a lot and he asked me out. We went out and I asked him about this gf. He said they'd split about 3 months previous and that they were in the process of selling the house they shared and he was staying with his mum. This seemed reasonable to me so we started dating, he would text me all night when we didn't see each other and he'd take me away for wkends cos he didn't feel comfortable taking me back to his mum's house. Everything was great, he used to leave me breathless, I felt SO good being with him, felt so proud going out places with him. Then about 5 months later, a woman at work mentioned him and his gf (she knew the gf) and her and her husband were inviting them round for dinner. When I confronted him he didn't admit it straight off, but then it all came out that they were still together, still living together. I felt so bad, not just for me, but that I'd been the other woman without even knowing. It was awful. He was 34 and I was 25 at the time. I still see him at work, and I still want him in a weird way.

I say enjoy the Gem men, I really do love them. But just be aware as HotGal78 says about them wanting things in twos!!

It's like if they can get away with it they'll have more than one person on the go. Not all of them obviously, but just be aware that this is how they're perceived by some people. Out of the 6 Gems I've known well (men and women) all have played their lovers. And not because things are bad between them, but because they can. I think they also find Taureans possesive at times. They want to be out flirting with other people. The thrill of the chase is important to them. Not saying your Gem is like this, he may have grown out of it by now lol

TaurusUpgrade, my Gem used to have 2 of most things...2 PlayStations & 2 copies of the same video games, 2 cell phones (Nextel & TMobile), 2 cars (hoopty and nice whip), 2 radios (mini speaker system and regular stereo)....He even would buy 2 of the same pair of Timbs in each color....Maybe he was a little psychotic or maybe that was just a Gem things, LOL.....IDK
