I'd get them out since you can't control the chronic inflammation on your own. You'll feel better and the monthly sore throats will become a thing of the past. I had mine out when I was 7.

Nope, but I'm very prone to headaches and migraines. I just got over one today that lasted a couple days. The norm for me.
My brothers the same way. He gets them so bad sometimes that he can't do anything. He just lays in bed all day. I feel so bad for people who have to put up with migraines 😢

Any of you have constant throat problems? I have a sore throat at least once a month. A couple years back, I kept getting strep throat too. My doctor says I need to get my tonsils out but I'm scared!
