My son caught the flu and he's been sick for about 2-3 days now. That Taurus' job is throwing a Christmas Party. He really wants me to go. (The only reason he wants me to go is to project this "Perfect Family" image. Lies.) Originally, I was gonna go, but like I said my kid has the flu and he hasn't gotten any better. Besides, he's only 3. That Taurus suggested that we call a babysitter. I told him no.
He gets all pissy and says, "So that's it, you're not going?!" I told him no.

He knows that's a VERY sensitive subject. Given the circumstances I was under (I was with an abusive partner, no environment to bring a child into), I would do it all over again if I had to. I did what was best for me AND my child.
I know that he's bothered by the fact that I did get an abortion, but it wasn't his child. He didn't know anything about it. He's SO judgmental. He doesn't know what its like to be in others' shoes. If it doens't fit with his beliefs, its wrong.
What are your thoughts? Do you care about your partner's past? Even if it doesn't affect you in the slightest?
