Posted by FleshpotI am using Keratinic right now but I had used many stuff over accounted and it said the same thing. Dime size spread all aver your hair or sculp.
What kind of "treatment" is it? Depending on the product, you can use more or less than directed, depending on the volume and texture of your hair. With conditioners, I usually use a quarter size, but with heavy oils and such, I use less. So you don't necessarily need to use the amount that they specify, just do what works for you.
As for the spray, you are supposed to focus the distribution on your scalp, but it's okay if the product touches your hair in the process.

I had been trying to understand this nonsense for ages!
When you get hair treatment and they tell you
get dime size of the thing on the palm of your hand and rub it
all over your head!
What? I am not a doll! My head is bigger than dime size stuff to be
rubbed on to my scalp!
Plus I am not bald (thans God) I have hair on the way!
Now Ive got a new stuff and it says spray 6 sprays and don't let it
on your hair. Brush it in...darn HOW am I supposed to have 6 sprays
all over my scalp without touching my hair?
There are plenty of hair product that makes you use a tit bit for a whole head!
How do you do that?
Thanks
