A depressed Virgo

How do I stop my big brother from feeling depressed and suicidal? Hes a Virgo.

Depression is something myself ((Scorpio)) my older brother (( Virgo)) my other brother and little sister ((Cancers)) all have in common. I know how to deal with my own depression and my brother's and sisters ((cancers)) depression. But i have never seen my older brother depressed. He has always hidden it and kept it to himself. But I am sat here now and he is telling me he wants to be with his twins and our grandparent six foot under. Its killing me as ge as always played the role of a father to me and me and my other siblings. Hes always been our rock so seeing him this way and hearing how hes talking is killing me.

Idk what to do. He wont except help from anyone not even our mother

Act on getting him help as soon as possible . My friend talked about killing himself Nd then did. Everyone regrets not taking it seriously. Call very often and tell him how much you need him In your life cuz you do , do activities were you "conquer" go hike up a mountain and take a picture at the top! Get him outside and socializing as much as possible ad something very important, meditation. I absolutely love meditation an can say it saved my life, 2 months ago I felt dead inside , but now I feel better everyday there are some great videos on youtube, I have a few that I lovvvvvve to watch if you ever need advice message me.

Depression is REAL, its a stage that ppl fall into and sometimes NEVER come out of.

Speaking to someone who is a professional can help and also taking meds.

A form of unbalanced chemical in the brain is what causes it and professional help will make things better for him!

He may be feeding off of you and his other siblings being depressed... Even tho we're not all emotional and deep" we still feed off of everybody else's energy...like really, I can pick up on you emotional state from a mile away...so maybe if you and your other siblings cheer up, and show him that y'all are happy,that might make him come around!! Ain't nothing like being around a lot of Debbie downers..🙂 my Gemini moon can't take it..haha, Good luck..
