Could someone please help me with my birth chart?

Having way too much thoughts running at the same time and difficulties making decisions lately. I also find it very difficult to really trust people completely and therefore I'm way too afraid to fall in love. Could it be something on my chart?

Can you elaborate more about the intercepted Mars? How does it work? I believe it squares at least my sun, mercury and venus, not sure it's an actual square with my moon. I have sun, mercury, venus in 1st house and moon in the 2nd i believe.
