Frustrating to be a Virgo sometimes!

Do any of my fellow Virgos find that your life is ruled by analyzing and overthinking every DAMN thing!?!? Also needing clearcut answers like yesterday lol? Please tell me that i'm not alone. I know I need to change, but it seems impossible to do.

You really wanna know, dude? I was sleeping last night, having a dream that I'm out of the country visiting Europe to be specific. Then I thought "wait, first week of January and in Europe. How could I get visa and money required so quickly. This must be a dream". And then I woke up, realized that I'm in my bed and was satisfied.

I hate that! Why the fuck I can't enjoy a dream!

yes, definitely. much less now than when I was younger.

Being the token family virgo to a bunch of fly by the seat of your pants parents (a sag and a pieces) made it excrutiating!

Its so overwhelming sometimes to be a virgo with the overthinking and analysing everything. One thing I have learned to change is my critical nature. It comes across as harsh and cold towards my partner, family and friends. It actually helps when you try to change this aspect as you become less negative and analyse a lot less. Its hard being a virgo lol

Its a cross we bare but I 100% agree it gets better with age...you start to analyze the fact your analyzing far too much lol.

You're most definitely not alone . Every night I lie down to sleep and that's when my mind starts racing . Over thinking every single thing ! I drive myself crazy .

Oh, you're certainly not alone. Over thinking and analyzing, sure. Have been told so many times. Even defensive, goodness, really! I thought I was just being "black& white". They say Virgos are very boring, materialistic... well, I agree with being practical but not others. It all depends how much people know about you, and how much we want them to know about us. I completely enjoy my own personal space and time, but some people just don't get it. When I am in love, I just give, but I also say a lot of harsh words which takes away all the nice things I did, just can't help it.

I'll be talking with a girl friend about topic 3....abruptly jump back to previous topic 1 dead smack in the middle of topic 3 just to sidenote some crap...then immediately start topic 4 without going back to topic 3....then try my hardest to circle the wagon on topics 1, 2, 3, & 4 in a crazy attempt to wrap them all up!!! Lol! #LifeOfATrueVirgo sometimes....lmao!!! 🙂

OP here! Wow, I am so so glad to see that it's not just ME who goes through this, I was really beginning to think I was mental, it's gotten THAT bad at times. The worst is when i've gotten myself so worked up, I just cry and cry or blow up and then regret it later. Everything that i've read about Virgoans fits me to a T, it's crazy. BUt you know what's finally gotten me to take a step back and make a conscience effort to change the chaos that consumes me? The love of a Cancer man. Love is a very powerful thing. True story. The best thing that will ever happen to you is learning to let go and just be in the moment.

And for those with sleeping issues, I recently discovered a product called "Now Calm" at a health food store. It's basically just magnesium citrate but it's supposed to help regulate calcium/magnesium balance in the body so there isn't so much tension at night. It's been working like a charm for me so far. Might be worth a try.
