How do you guys handle being stressed or upset and what is the best way for someone to handle it? Last thing i've heard from Virgo is "Hey. I'm sorry but the past couples days really sucked. I been kinda mad", I asked "what happened?" And got nothing in response, so I let it be. He usually vents about things that bother him so either I've upset him or it's something really serious. Either way Been a few days of silence, not sure if I should reach out, and If so, what to say? Phone call or text? Or just let him

Come around on his own?

Nothing. Lol unless it's something I did to unknowingly offend him. But I don't think so.

If I were the guy, I would definitely feel better if you reached out to me after a day of no reply and asked if I was OK. You don't have to press for the problem, just checking on me o make sure I'm OK would mean a lot.

I go through these periods, too, and for me, feeling forgotten and abandoned makes it infinitely worse.

Still nothing. I've been ghosted I suppose. Meh 😐
