This is something new to me.. Is capricorn a feminine sign or what?

I do not like the way people with air/fire behave or seem to behave. I mean my brother is Sagittarius and I do not like the way he keeps on talking too much with so much energy with "get it done NOW" approach for any thing, the moment he enters the room. He is very noisy and talks tooooooooooooooooo much... Has this "over the top of the world' agendas and never practical or down to earth. Not to mention no matter how much stuff he has pending to finish, he will go have some fun. On the other hand per him, I am always only working and working and working and RESTRICTIVE!!!

In my family of water and earth he is the only one with air/fire quality and we all call him #Mr.Problem" .. He is not feminine, by looks or otherwise. He is athletic and generally has lots of ladies interested in him as he talks too much. My dad is exact opposite!!!
