Indecisive scorpio

will a scorpio woman take nine months to make up her mind between an ex boyfriend and another man who was in the picture for most of the nine months, especially if the new man's sign is supposed to be very compatible with hers. What would make her do that. i am a virgo man who dated a scorpio and still trying to find some answers.

I don't understand this whole thing about what sign her venus is in. All i know is that her birthday is 10/25 and she will be 49 this year.She never really contacts me so i find it hard to see why she might still be thinking about the possibility of us getting back together. she recently told me that she wants me to be happy and that i should move on with my life. i am happy for the most part but truly have been missing her.
