What does "lay you out" mean? I got this from a guy when i text him about pinching him for not wearing green? he said pinch him and he would lay me out? what does that mean?

this was his message "I have green undies on, pinch me and I'll lay you out"? he wants to punch me?

it's a long story P-angel. i didn't know he had a gf until recently. he never really told me. i found out from acquaintances and he finally straight out told me. it sucks because i still feel for this guy. i'm so messed up. he still wants to be friends.
