Morning People
I woke up around 5:00 AM. Usually do my early run and and eat breakfast(coffee and random stuff) 😄 I usually get only 5 hours of sleep but that's good enough for me. I'm charged up and energized like a mutha fucking bunny. 😛
My ex did this. His feet hit the floor and he could take off running. Drove me nuts, I'm a zombie in the morning.
My Virgo requires very little sleep and the moment his eyes open he is wide awake.
However, him, like all people .. if he sleeps more than 6-7 hours, then he becomes over tired and finds it difficult to wake up.

im def not a morning person.
but mate, don't sleep 9-10h a night. you will develop many anxiety problems. you should limit yourself anywhere between 5-7h a night. it'll take about a week to get used to, but your body adjusts.
I've been doing it for years, never had any anxiety problems.
7-8 hours of sleep is doctor recommended.
I feel much better with 9-10.
I've been getting 5-7 for weeks now, still not "adjusted".

I LLLUUURRRRB sleep.. sometimes I sleep all day. sometimes I just lay in my bed with my million pillows just thinking and thinking, and staring off... last night however I fell asleep at 2am...and woke up naturally at 6am!! I tried to go back to sleep but I failed...I hate hate hate waking up...i love sleep sooo soo very much...its horrible I take a nap almost everyday whether I need it or not or even if my body and brain hurt from sleeping so much...

The Virgo I knew loved to wake up early; obviously just because he had to go to work. Otherwise, when not; he would wake up like at 2 or 4 pm. WOW; that's pretty late.

It's more annoying really. I get hard for no reason. Several times a day.
