Perfect Virguy Get-A-Way

I want to plan a very special get-a-way for my Virguy for his birthday coming up. However, I'm having a difficult time picking something that he'd like to do. He's into simple things, and I'm into the more lavish types of trips (maybe cause I'm a Leo).

So, Virguys...if your wife or girlfriend wanted to take you somewhere, what would your ideal weekend be like?
