You should:

Be self-composed and even-tempered, particularly when he pulls you to pieces.

Begin your relationship on a friendly basis until he can notice your suggestive glances.

Appreciate and praise him for working hard

Be on the level with him intellectually, and share his interests



You shouldn't:

Be untidy and wear extravagant clothes, he keeps to traditional things

Doubt his confidence

Be provocative even if you mean to attract him

You should:

Wage mental war on him. Good debate makes for lack of boredom and much entertainment.
Touch lightly until invited into his space.
Dress well. Nothing tacky.
Smell wonderful.
Be prepared for full on Bedroom Blitz.
Be as seductive as possible as long as it's aimed at VIRGO. Not the populace at large.
No gum flapping about bedroom antics, that's private.

Wear nothing. 😛

I think it takes a good deal of work to lure a virgo, but the first step must be not presenting oneself as a loud attention whore. If anything, carry yourself with a quiet, dignified grace, and I assure you he will notice... that or ask him to help tidy up your apartment.
