I've noticed a very self-critical trend with my Virgo friends and family that clearly includes a lot of negative self-talk. With the constant desire to attain perfection, do you have a hard time loving yourself? If you have found your way out of this, what has helped you to accept yourself as you are in a loving way while still striving for growth?

Don't take life too serious and stay outta everybody else business ... Because it's too hard tryna be perfect.. 😉
