To look at just the sun sign of a chart... and say a statement like that... is to Look at and say...

One hue of a sun set is what makes it so beautiful... The rest mean nothing...

When in reality Virgo's like any other sun sign in the Zodiac... Is a simple faction of the characteristic of the person... Even the degree as to which your sun sign is at needs to be taken into account... as well as the house...

As there have been many great Virgo's and just as equally as bad...

But I didn't give this a chance...so please do elaborate, Fbunny.

This is just the conclusion I drew out of TMV's replies to my thread, "Virgo is the Airiest Earth Sign." My friend told me that I'm a Renaissance Man for thinking more of how I can develop myself so I could help the society in the future. I don't find this in any of my placements but Virgo Sun and Virgo Mars as Virgo seeks perfection for the reason that he wants to help society become a better place to live in. I didn't elaborate on this conclusion the moment I posted this thread since I was about to do something that time.

Disagree. Then again I tend to believe in birth seasonality rather than planets affecting us (or we'd have 13 signs, I'd be a Leo who I don't resemble at all). Western astrology as a whole is really more about seasons rather than planetary formations.
If I'd look at my whole chart, I could explain everything and anything: I'm analytical (virgo) but I like getting compliments sometimes (leo) and I'm stubborn (taurus), not confrontational (libra), sometimes adventurous (sagittarius), career wise unconventional (aquarius) and financially driven (capricorn).
It might all make sense but it renders astrology as a whole useless.

Libra Man (September 23-October 23): Libra is the zodiac's Renaissance man. For him life is art, and he approaches existence as would a painter faced with a blank canvas, feeling empowered to create a world based solely on his idealized visions while striving to encapture sweeping abstract realities that he perceives as having remained heretofore out of humanity's reach. He is naturally attuned to the ordered, both highly principled and philosophical. Libra is a perfectionist, if not a platonist, forever focusing on conditions that might bring betterment, both for himself and for others; and yet wearing rose-colored glasses can also set him up for great disappointment.

I also read it in a book but cannot pinpoint it now.

I would disagree. 😛 Virgos for me because we aim for perfection in everything we do... and hence, we do well in sooo many endeavors... and we are a service-oriented sign... we want to serve humanity and help the whole world.

Wait... that sounds like what you've said, Damnata. LOL. But anyway, since Virgo and Libra are one sign apart, they are very much like each other... especially since Virgo is a mutable sign. 🙂
