Based on personal experience and observation, here's my simplified conclusion.

1st Decan Virgos [August 23rd - 31st]
Best suited to Mutable signs [Pisces... ew, Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius]

2nd Decan Virgos [September 1st - September 10th]
Best suited to Cardinal signs [Capricorn, Cancer, Aries, Libra]

3rd Decan Virgos [September 11th - 23rd]
Best suited to Fixed signs [Aquarius, Taurus, Leo, Scorpio... ew]

As for Virgettes

Lol to make it better, I've also been with a Cap and a couple of Aries, and those didn't work out at all. And I have a couple of libras in my life, but nothing has ever happened.

i think decans shows the sign influence in a different personality but planet placements are the major factors i have air placements meaning i can get along with air and fire signs with the help with my fire moon of course lol.

Interesting, I have a taures ascendant and you have a Capricorn ascendant, Capricorns are supposedly Libras cousin. Taurus and libras are ruled by venus.

Ascendant and Venus definitely factor in, as LeGendary will attest, but these are the trends I have noted.

The Virgo Ive been "talking" to is a 3rd Decan and I swear that is so like his personality. Im just saying!!

i think the third decan is off ima third decan being that we are the most sociable becyase of the libra inluence we can pass as libras most of the time. In addition i think that might blend well with the last part describing our flair for fashion and music. i mix of the second goes in there aswell ;alluding to the diplomacity and hard working.second is the most serious and stern. 1st is random and knows alot of people like 3rd.

I think second Decan has 0 tolerance for Leo unless they are more Cancerian. My only observation.

i think if we weren't so difficult, you probably wouldn't find us artificial or annoying either. or at least it wouldn't bother you. you find libras difficulty frustrating, while some other signs find it challenging and attractive. we tend not to like those ones, though. so at least we frustrate ourselves too. it's fair that way, i guess.

also, i wanted to comment on something you said elsewhere about libras getting with men who were in relationships. i've never persued someone who's taken. in fact, if i know when i meet someone that he's got a significant other, i can't even look at him that way. he may as well be built like a ken doll. but i have been deceived many times by men who were looking to cheat, or who were in the process of getting divorced but weren't honest about that process not being complete yet. i recently had to tell a cancer (with a sag moon) not to contact me late at night because i felt like it was disrespectful to his girlfriend...who i only knew about from finding his facebook page. he and i were involved earlier this year, and i know what he wanted, even if he didn't say so.

i find this decan thing interesting. you made me think about my own. i'm a 3rd/mercury decan libra, and i'm definitely most attracted to mutable signs, which is pretty strange since i've got no personal planets in mutable signs at all.

Despite having 3 decans, there are only 2 libras honestly. The good ones and the bad ones.
I only seem to know bad ones.

curious visitor and MsLibra, I dont wanna sound like I hate Libra women cause I dont! Ive just had quite a few frustrating experiences with them while trying to getting to know them better. In their defence I dont find them artificial all the time, many times Ive noticed they do show genuine consideration for other people (which I sometimes misinterpret as being fake)

This is interesting, I hear so many people say that they find Libra's to be artificial, especially my mum (Pisces) she just thought there was no way that the way I acted could be real. 23 years on she has finally excepted that I am one of the most real people she knows lol. I do have to admit we act odd, but being weirdo's doesn't make us any less real 😛

Looks about right to me. My best friends in the world are Taurus and Scorpio. I get along with Aquas pretty well but I've never been attracted to one yet. At first Leos worked my nerves until I wound up involved with one(the pride and ego unhinge me sometimes though). 95% of the time now I find that they're easy to deal with. They seem to be mostly id-driven individuals lol

Well, 4 of the 5 of my past Virgo love interests were 3rd decan.

50% of my friends are Leo's. I love their sense of humor and how we get along.

The virgo in my circle is a second decan and I believe I am a second decan leo. We bump heads often sometimes we laugh at it because its funny other times its very serious because who wants that kind of relationship.

I think the issue between leo and virgo is attention. However two of my closest friends are virgo woman. I just think that virguy's wont give the attention that we desire. Granted I only want attention from one him. He still acts like his attention is that of a freaking super star and that I should feel worthy to have his time. I feel the exact same way and of course we bump heads.

Like I said earlier its just probably not going to work between a leo and virgo past friendship. We actually do get on each others nerves and who wants that?

Yeah, I went into the credited academic journals on astrology and the decans associated with each zodiac sign, and you are caught in the polymerization of leo and virgo.

Generally, as a group, you guys are more inclined to identify any person's personality to a fault within a short discussion (Virgo) while deep inside yourself you want to be admired for the deeds you have committed (Leo).

You challenge the person who may want to understand you by giving them obstacles before they can reach you emotionally, but at the same time you want to be envied.

Pisces~ I find I get along fine with them. My Pisces girl-mates love my sense of humour but the guys question me which irritates me because I hate being questioned and contradicted.
Gemini~ I get on with them like a house on fire, bur I couldn't have a stable relationship with the Gemini guys
Other Virgo's~ Other first decan's I actually haven't met any other ones but second decan I get along fine with. Third decan are okay I find they can get a bit up them self's and arrogant sometimes.
Sagittarius~ I love these, I can have a laugh and know they wont take it seriously. My Sagittarius girl-mates are so sweet and my Sagittarius guy-mate's make me cry with laughter.
Capricorn~ 1st decan are my favourite I get on well and I have dated a 1st decan guy and it was bliss! 2nd decan, all they want is power and are irritating and the 2nd decan girls are dirty-minded. Not Nice. I can't date a 2nd decan they are just too plain for me =/ 3rd decan are quiet but are kind of funny 🙂
Libra~ They're okay I guess. 1st decan~ weird and immature I've dated one... I regret it, he hurt me bad... 2nd they are a bit more down to earth but are extremely flirtatious and 3rd I've never really spoke to.
Cancer~ I get on with them generally, no matter what decan we can just have a laugh while everyone else just looks at us blankly like "WTF are they laughing about?!". My closest friends are Cancer's they are amazing! My current boyfriend is a Cancer and I can admit it is the best relationship I've ever had!

We get along with this very easy friendship thing...things are so much easier with no real emotions involved...but I really imagine a 3rd decan would make the best husband for me. Interesting. I'm a 3rd Decan Virgo. I found Aquarius to be too aloof and unwilling to be pinned-down to dates, etc. That didn't work at all for me, though I liked her openness to trying absolutely ANYTHING in the bedroom. I??ve had three Taurus girlfriends and found them all to be stubborn, opinionated, lazy and moody, with two of them very aloof and the other clingy in the extreme. No thanks. My longest relationship to date was with a Leo. Her overall sexual style suited me better than anyone else I??ve known. Of course, naturally their decan should match the overall type of sign.
So all of these signs for a Virgo, would be better suited under the Mutable decan of their own sign.

As for dating Scorpios... they might be much more datable at your age... stay far from the young ones.

Decan 3 Capricorns are mutable Capricorns, ie the ones best suited to mutable signs ie us. 🙂

I disagree with the list.

I am a third Decan Virgo male and I find that Cap's either male or female are very compatible with me.

Taurus no way in hell.
