Virgo FWB catching feelings?

I met this Virgo (Leo cusp) 3 years ago thru mutual friends, and I was instantly attracted to him. I started to like him a lot, but he was still caught up in his ex (they were together for 3 years) and I had a boyfriend at the time who I was basically fed up with. We began texting as friends but flirted a lot. I finally broke up with my ex, and told this guy how I felt about him and he kind of just changed the subject so I didn't bring it up again. He kept hinting that he wanted a fwb relationship, and my dumb ass agreed. So it began.

After a year of this, I got fed up because I knew I was just being used. I also met a Taurus guy and started to catch feelings for him so I started to ignore the Virgo guy. He would text me for sex but I told him I was talking to someone else.

Last year he asked me out of the blue if it bothered me that we were just fwbs, something he's never done before. I told him that it did in the beginning but I got over it because my feelings for him went away. He didn't text back.

Now my Taurus ex and I broke up, and me and the Virgo are back to our fwb shenanigans, but I have no feelings for him. I just noticed that he's been a bit stalkerish on my social media. He looks at the posts I tag my friends in, and likes the comments I make to them, especially if it's a meme that has anything to do with a guy.

Another thing that was weird was that I keep seeing his mom and sister at my brothers school. The first time I saw them I texted him telling him I saw them. The other few times I would just bug him and say I see your mom. But one time he said, "go say hi to her". And I said no it's awkward. And he said "well you should say hi to your future mother in law." And I was so thrown off. I replied "mother in law what?!" And he never replied.

The last time we had our session, I gave him a hug goodbye as I always do, but this time he kissed me on the lips goodbye which is something he's never done.

Do you think he's catching feelings? I honestly don't want him to... I'm completely over him, and also don't want a relationship
