Virgo needs help
I'm a Cap with a Virgo Moon and Virgo mom. I say tell here like it is now. Now I know Virgo's can be a little too critical but that can't happen. You can't trash someone's house. Don't let her do stuff like that until she is stable. Don't worry about her emotions I feel this is common sense even if you guys fight a bit you are in the right.
She doesn't sound very self-aware, you should say something...

Hi everyone!
I'm new here....and I have a problem I need to discuss:
My best friend in the world is a Leo. She is a bit of a mess at her own apartment, and I mistakenly gave her the keys to mine. I came home from working a 13 hour shift to her throwing a little party at my house. As fellow virgos you can understand how frustrating it is to see beer bottles with NO coasters all over your new table, a stain on your carpet, a trail of uncapped highlighters, receipts from three years ago all over the floor.
We all know the Leo can be very sensitive, so need to address this properly. I don't know what my duty is In this life....to be the hardworking nurse or to pick up after the Leo .... She has the heart and I have the mind..... I need help fast before this gets worse. My life is becoming chaos.
Screw the Leo sensitivity bullshit. I would've handed her a garbage bag, and told her ass to clean it the hell up. If she had a heart or any empathy, she would not have taken advantage of your generosity. Get the damn key and throw her ass to the curb.
I am Leo with a Virgo BFF. We have been friends for 15 years. We have had our share of disagreements over the years and recently had one that caused us to stop speaking for nearly 6 months.
She can be very critical and I am extremely sensitive.
No matter what you say her feelings are going to be hurt. She will not stay angry for long. We can't. Be prepared for her not to speak to you for a little while.
If you can afford it, take her to dinner and tell her. She will handle it very well in public because only common folk would dare embarass themselves in public.
Get it over with now, so she can make other plans for her wonderful birthday party that I am sure is being planned as we speak. She now has to find a new venue.

@OP. It was your mistake so don't play the woe is me angle. Just have a frank discussion with her to clear the issue first. Then have a chat with yourself on why you couldn't figure out the party was bound to happen..ergo you need to probe deeper into people and surround yourself only with people who have simmillar values...in your case..clean apartments.
