low iron low vitamin d diabetes 2

I monitor my nutrient intake pretty closely because of my diet. Vitamins and sunlight to activate D aren't an issue. Diabetes is unlikely. No family history and I try to avoid junk sugar for the most part.

Not physically possible at this time. Unless we're about to witness the second coming.

What is hurting you when you work out?

These are also some symptoms of depression. There is an entire spectrum for depression alone.

Aside from typical pains due to old injuries, I've been having trouble with my thighs and calves cramping on me primarily. A lot of joint pain in my shoulders, hips and ankles. Dull throbbing that reminds me of growing pains from back when I was teenager. Some sharp chest pains and trouble catching my breath. I just feel weak and blah.

How has your nutrition been? Plenty of water as well?

I've been having to force myself to eat because I just don't want to. And more of it has been in liquid form than would normally be. But I keep track of everything. All the essential vitamins, iron, B complex, amino acids, proteins, antioxidants, I'm getting adequate amounts of everything I should be.

I've had some trouble with my kidneys in the past so I'm also pretty anal about staying hydrated. I drink enough water to pee almost clear on a daily basis.

How do you feel when you wake up in the morning? How are you sleeping at night? Have there been any changes that have happened recently that you noticed; I mean also when did this all start?

In morning - tired as hell and like I just want to go back to sleep. All day. For once I'm not having trouble getting to sleep and staying there at all. I have a sleeping disorder that usually leaves me a chronic insomniac.

I started taking birth control a few months ago but that's the most significant change in my life style that I can think of recently. The fatigue and pain I'm used to so it's hard to say with any certainty when this really started. I seriously began to notice that something isn't right about a month ago and it's been getting progressively a little worse since.

I suppose depression is a possibility. I have a long history of fighting with that, but this doesn't feel the same. :/

Yeah, the pill is definitely trippy. I started Orthotricyclin hoping it would help clear my skin a little and ermagheeerrrdddd. That first month I didn't know if I wanted to cry or kill something.

That time frame probably fits into around the time I had one of the worst months of my damn life. The Scorpio and I had a major blow out, there was all that drama with my Cancer ex and then my grandfather passed. Life has been regularly kicking me in the teeth lately. Dunno what I did to piss off the karma PTB but the butter just keeps coming through the fan lol.

Those symptoms are showing problems with thyroid, iam pretty sure.
I had them several years, until i got pretty bad and had a diagnostic, finally.
Head in clouds, fatigue, nausea, muscle cramps, pain in the renal area, etc, etc are few of symptoms from those over 60symptoms who can be.
You should check with an naturopath(IDEALLY),if not a very good endo.

p.s.I know a lot of virgos who are hypothyroid, could be due emotions bottled up for long time(from homeopathic point of wiew, people who dont tell exactly how they feel to others and try to sugar coat what saying, they ,,stop,,their words in their neck area,so thats why the thyroid is affected. At least my homeopath told me so-).
Heavy sleeping is onether proeminent symptom of hypothyroid.
