Virgo Sun, Leo Venus, Scorp Mars romance question.

Hello,
I'm new here and I was wondering if people could help me with one typical problem involving two people (possibly) crushing on each other 🙂

I am:
Sun Leo
Venus Virgo
Mars Leo
Moon Sag

He is:
Sun Virgo
Venus Leo
Mars Scorpio
Moon Capricorn (not known exactly)

We are in our late twenties and work together for a few months. We only started talking to each other recently due to me moving into his office. We have been assigned the same task and have to spend some time together working on it.

I noticed before that he was looking at me (the famous Virgo stare!) but I didn't pay much attention. Since we started working more closely together I found out some facts about him.

One of them is that he has a girlfriend. It's very unfortunate for me (not for the girl though).
Yet, he is very attentive to me, jokes, laughs at my jokes, constantly asks me questions(like an interview), asks my opinion on things (work and news related), very chatty.

Also, he tends to sit or stand beside me, looks in the eyes, shows the "grooming" body language when we talk, etc. I'm not going to go into too much details.

I fancy him a lot but the fact that he has a girlfriend makes me keep a distance. I can see that he fancies me too. He is not the same when he is around other colleagues.

I am quite realistic person and usually I don't notice if someone fancies me, but in this situation it is pretty obvious.

So my question is, do you think he fancies me or is this attitude normal for Virgos with these positions?

Should I hint I fancy him or will I wait till he makes a move (if he will).

Basically, any help or tips, or previous experience comments would be highly appreciated.
