What is a "respect" in virgos' term?

In other words...what do virgos respect within themselves? What do they respect in others? What do they want other people to respect them?

The point is, none of us remember the headliners of yesterday. These are no second-rate achievers. They are the best in their fields. But the applause dies. Awards tarnish. Achievements are forgotten. Accolades and certificates are buried with their owners.

Hi Excess:-) long time no hear my lovely pal.
Just want to let you know, spent last nite with "the guy" who comes from where you grew up!!! - nice meal, wine, and naturally we had to have farewell bed party!!! I really didn't plan that part.....it just happened naturally...........
It was a farewell nite - as he returns to (from where you come from!!!) for good next week - gonna miss that man -
