Okay!! I've come across a loottt of virgo guys.Almost all my guy friends are Virgos.N my bff is a virgo too.Been friends since 8 years.So I think I can talk about them.I agree with you to some extent.They are extremely critical which gets very annoying at times..mind you they're not self-critical though.They're very judgemental n critical about people in general. Yes, they judge your every flaw..your stretch marks,your brows,your nail color,your band/clip color,your bad hair/face days n blah blah damn thing about your appearance n will never give a second thought before pointing that out!They judge your behavioral patterns too.But that doesn't mean that they're unforgiving about any of these.Trust me!More often than not,They point things out thinking they're doing you a favour.

Anyways, I'd just assume the Virgo I met today is not interested and was just being polite. In the friend stage, I was taken out a lot, given a huge bear, and random clothes/makeup here and there (Mind you, this was also his way of trying to get me, which he succeeded). The second we were in more of a relationship situation, he got too comfortable and stopped w/ that. I feel like w/ Virgos sometimes its better to just be friends w/ them cause they'll maintain a higher level of respect for you, kind of like since they don't fully have you, they see you as more worthy and desirable. That's why I wanted to have a FWB situation w/ no strings attached, but he didn't want that cause he said he wants a relationship. Obviously I wanted a relationship but he doesn't have the qualities of a boyfriend that I want. Anyways, i explained to this Virgo I just ended things w/ all the issues I had before we broke up and he said he was going to change to accommodate my needs, but honestly you shouldn't have to force someone to do something. Its hard cause I really do like him but i need more romance and attention - probably will be best to find a water sign

@kalin Yeah, you're right about the being miserable for a longer period of time just for an hour of fun. that's why i ended it with him, cause i was really miserable second-guessing him all the time, feeling insecure, unloved, used, unappreciated, etc. In my experience w/ Virgo men it just seems like they put in really minimal effort to keep you, or absolutely no effort at all. It really ruined my self-esteem w/ the first one cause i was only 18 at the time, and it was my first relationship. I don't think i ever recovered from that. Maybe I don't have the right type of personality to deal w/ them. I honestly want to know what it takes to make them good boyfriends. Cause it seemed like they treated their exes better.

I don't see why a woman is being criticized for wanting to be in a FWB. Sometimes all someone wants is sex with a friend who they feel safe and secure with, can trust, can have a good time with and be comfortable with, with no strings attached. many women also may not want commitment, for example if they're not ready etc.. as manipulative as a Virgo can try to be, I always found them easy to figure out in terms of what their intentions are and why they are doing this and that. that's what was so heart breaking cause I could see through all the BS and lies even though a part of me wish I didn't detect them. his lies were horrible and whenever he got caught he would show it, stutter and make up the worst excuses (i.e. these 5 girls I'm texting are all family friends yet clearly he was flirting with each one). it disgusts me thinking of the fact that these guys would fuck ANYTHING that moves. ive come to the conclusion that Virgo men are not real men and are extremely feminine.
@kalin i can't explain their actions for you because I don't find Virgos incredibly rational in relationships, even if they are in their daily life, but I think it's good you're not associated with one anymore. reading everyone's experiences made me realize that we give too much power to these types of guys by putting up with their bad behaviour. there are guys that really will make you feel loved, appreciated and cherished. unfortunately most of the Virgos I've met have not been great in that regard. i may be wrong, but I think I read you're a Scorpio and I've noticed with fixed and mutuable pairings, a lot of the time it's the fixed sign conceding to the mutable but also it sucks to say this as I'm a Taurus too, but Mutable tend to 'like' non-fixed signs more cause they don't come off as strong or take things as seriously, it makes them feel more at ease and attracted to such persons.. again this is all my own opinion

I don't see the point of this thread. There are bad apples amongst each zodiac sign. And there is a difference between a bad person and someone that you're simply not compatible with.
If someone is treating you poorly, you have the option to either walk away or not. If you don't, don't complain. You set the standard into which people treat you.
If you don't feel loved by whoever you're with, it's up to you to look for better. Some people in here trying to get someone to fundamentally change who they are.. Lol good luck trying to do that to a Virgo.
Also the point of this thread is that my individual experiences with Virgo, which I always thought was due to them being a Virgo, has been shared by other girls and it's interesting to discuss.
anyways to whoever said Vir are always thinking about sex, yes. Both of the ones I dated would get hard just by talking to them on the phone, then in person it's like so obvious that they're sexually excited. but the thing is they'll go for ANYONE. anyone and everyone will turn on a Virgo guy which sounds ironic since you would think a clean freak, a perfectionist, a critical person would have some standards. they would fuck the cashier, maid, principal, any average girl walking on the street, anyone u name it. I know all guys would but most other guys will have a type they get turned on by or the girl has to be super hot. with Virgo I noticed from my guy friends too that they'll wanna fuck any female, it disgusts me just thinking about it. I could always just look into my exes eyes and tell what he's thinking. I never felt that way w my Pisces BF or cancer bf. obviously they would find other girls attractive, especially celebrities or models; but they wouldn't look at other girls in front of me and they wouldn't change me for one of them.

Why do you think you would have to express it? The both of you are earth signs. Just how you said you could read him despite his manipulations, well he could also see through and read you. If its in your thoughts, which trickles down to everything else, that "Im lowering my standards for you" then that is felt. People, especially if close enough, pick up on that especially Virgos. He was fighting your thoughts with his words. Im just saying, its something to think about. Maybe find someone that you feel is on your level so it wont be a silent war of show and prove between you two.

Had you wanted Virgo insight ..you would not have entertained the discussion that stretched for many pages. There are private messages on this site, if cc and 2 other posters aren't aware.
It's just..people come on this board and any and all other signs derail the discussion. So Virgos have little incentive to reply. How many Virgo posts in 9 pages?
Meanwhile when Virgos go on other boards, they don't act like this.
My whole point is there are people out there who actually want Virgo insight and act like it. Don't throw themselves into circle jerks of "Oh guuurl he did that to you too? All virgo men are bla bla". This isn't a college sorority.

Even aside from this stuff though, he lied a lot to me to even get with me, telling me he's rich when he wasn't, that he lived in this really sick condo, that he would do this and that if we dated etc., and then later he admitted, when I found everything out, that he thought the only way to get me was to say these things, and eventually I would like him so much I would stay. So that really broke the trust for me, esp. as a Taurus. But he's done really cute things for me, like I noticed he had my photo as his phone's wallpaper 2 months in, we weren't really dating here, we never kind of were, cause I told him I didn't want an official status. I do really miss him but I feel like he was taking advantage of me for sex. But yet he tells me I used him for sex. It's really complicated. I'm just gonna wait and see if he's gonna chase after me and do all the things I want him to do. I've broken up w/ him before and blocked all his numbers and he would download apps to call me, for weeks he would do this, so let's see what he does this time.

- I was very critical , I do it without realization that it'd hurt you, its not I hate what im criticizing, I guess I used to just found the fun in pointing out flaws (not in a mean way, that's what I thought) nothing serious. I've now realized that it could hurt people and my ability to criticize has decreased hell a lot since. I think before speak, I don't offer my opinion if not asked.
- as a virgo f I suck at romantic gestures too! if im with someone, I see that theres no need to remind my partner that I love them and their flaws, since im already with them for a reason. I don't realize that they feel insecure because of that.
- I don't hate myself, I never met a virgo that hate themselves, its more like they know their worth and is in love with who they are.
- if I like someone and im with them, id notice the flaws (because i always do) but I wouldn't give a fuck about them! even if I point it out!
- I guess the problem is with the partner being insecure because of my lacking in romantic gestures, my habit of turning everything into sarcastic kind of humor. when they become insecure, their ways change, which cause me to get confused -because I didn't realize my acts are the reason- some of my exs get insecure and because of that they turn possessive or annoyed and irritated all the time which cause me to withdrawn and cut things off. I'd never cheat but if my partner think that I would -because of their insecurities- then I would let them think whatever they want. because I hate assumptions like that, id react coldly and may never give response and let the person dwell in hisher false assumptions.
the best way to deal with virgos is to communicate openly, yes we notice everything but how our behaviors effect others, if not pointed out to us. like, id be married with 1231 kids if one of my exs told me that I hurt him with my ways, I'd sure be more considered and assure them.
as @teena said, when I do criticize I don't think or realize that it'd effect you its more like I feel like it won't because I assume that you already know that I love you and with you for everything that you are and pointing at your quirks won't make a difference. my aquarius friend always strike it off with humor and criticize me back, it was hilarious. He thinks so highly of himself that he doesnt wanna know or appreciate the fact that i can comprehend his logics and intellectual talks better than anyone else couldve. Things that he liked before are taken for granted now. The smartness the philosophical talks.. the intelligent conversations that i used to do are considered borin on not accordin to his mental standards and the list goes on . Everythin that he liked initially has become my worst quality and if you are tryin to be vocal about your issues he ll hold you accountable for that and leave you sayin hes either not well or his mind cant function or you two are soo different that it cant work or youre extremely inconsiderate if youre tryin to sort out ur issues because u should know that hes not in the right mood or state of mind. Nothin u ever do would seem right. And all the virgo girls who think they are on the cool side of virgo should date their fellow virgos once to know what every single girl is talkin here.
And the reason why they dont want to break free is because they are confused in their heads they know that they cant afford to train every single girl to accomodate them cause they invest all their energy into one until she gets sick and tired of him and eventually break up and once u have split up with them they ll think and think and analyse and come all sorry but none of their appologies are true. Soon they become the same person the same old hag and the vivicious cycle keeps goin on and on. They never change their patterns for anyone. I don't want it to seem like I'm bashing every aspect of Virgos, but I've known many, dated two, and with every single one I noticed a complete lack of interest in your life, interests, thoughts, how you're doing, feelings, etc. With every other sign, you'll find people genuinely interested to know how you are, if everything is okay, what's going on, etc. Even if it is just out of curiosity, it shows that they care. I'm talking more so about the guys than the girls here. And yeah, to anyone who has never been intimate w/ a Virgo male, it may seem like we're over-reacting and that the virgo guy isn't 'thaaaaat' bad, but you really have to experience it for yourself to understand what we're talking about. A lot of it is simply unexplainable.
