He is actually a Libra not a Scorpio although on the cusp.

Would they make a compatible match?
Ive been with a Scorpio before and though it did have its moments, and the relationship lasted for a good 5 years, the Scorpio fell out of it. Lots of highs, but lots of lows too.
Hows it different with a Libra / Scorpio cusp? Is it any different at all?
