Need advice on how to give Taurus Encouragement

My god daughter is experiencing a rough, typical age appropriate, patch in her life right now. She’s, 21, dedicated employee on a job she hates that doesn’t pay her enough; she has some passion interests but still exploring what she wants to do in life. She’s dating/ been involved with a young man for several years who‘s probably going through his own journey of growth and seems to be adding to her challenges.

As for the guy, I’m aware she’s got to go through that tunnel to get through it and no amount of advice matters much; however, I want to really motivate her to go after her passions or at the very least nudge her to get a better paying job so that she will at least have a level of peace and happiness in that arena.

As a Leo when tend to try and get through to ppl in a way that doesn’t work for them; could any Tauruses give some advice on how your parents or mentors have successfully motivated you and nudged you out of your comfort zone or rough patch?

Being overworked and underpaid at a job you feel no passion for is an important rite of passage. Takes being there to reach that threshold where you've had enough and demand more for your time and energy in the future.

She's 21 and needs to experience these mistakes/lessons in order to grow.

Just be there and make sure she knows she has your love and support in all things.

True I remember being in that scenario when a lightbulb went off. And that was in large part due to being in that situation.

Same. I stayed way longer than I should’ve. Was done by month 9/10 stayed almost 2 years.

Thank you both. I know from experience that she will grow past these times in her own timing but I just want her to do something that she’s passionate about. She’s heard all of the lectures so what I’m taking from the advice given is to allow her to live and with time she will find her own way.

idk how parents manage ... it’s hard to watch them go through tough times.
