I think i choose aries, they seem terrible for romantic relationships lol, but for what ive seen they put heavy work and care for their children, care deeply about their future and development, without the strictness of fixed signs

If you get to pick, the sun sign is the part that tells you least about it. The mother is traditionally read from the Moon and the father from Saturn, so an Aries sun with the Moon in Capricorn is a very different parent from one with the Moon in Pisces. Same with the Capricorn dad above, where the condition of Saturn would say more than the sun does.
