I don't know how to explain this all too much but I'll give it my all and try. I know a particular Scorpio lady who gives off one of those strange vibes at me. I don’t think Gemini people are quiet. Gemini men and women are charming, and able to talk they way thru in any situation. They social and always surrounded with people, even if being annoying or rude. It’s interesting trait haha

Not to hate on Scorpios but all the ones I've met have terrible manipulation skills, it's like a level 1 but super persistent and egotistical about it. Makes sense since it's a Sun placement (ego, conscious)But since they are super persistent about it they're bound to hook a fish or two. Accuracy and efficiency is terrible tho. They usually hook the low self esteem ones or rebounds.
Also I've out manipulated a few of the ones I've been close too, only to confess to them at the end my real intentions/identity. Then they leave in shock. I was disappointed tbh, I expected more.
That being said, emotions are not really a Solar thing, unless the sun is also in the 8th house.
I've seen better manipulation from mutable signs and water moons/ascendants.
