Person having Libra ascendant and Libra moon. Emotional or selfish??
I would say emotional. Libra ascendant alone is emotional enough, just imagine having the moon in it too. I mean we talking passive emo there.
Libra Asc is the most selfish ascendant, in my experience.
Libra Moon is less so.
Moon in the 1st house would make someone pretty expressive
We only selfish with people we don't like. I don't know who the op is referring this to but if it's a friend, boyfriend girlfriend or whatever that individual obviously don't like the op or don't have feelings for the op if he or she is selfish. The selfish experience you claim to have with Libra ascendants is a clear indication of *I see why*.
