You can hide them or delete them. I deleted them because at first I wanted to make it look like you were talking to yourself, but then decided to go another direction with my torment, haha

Once you're signed in, go to the upper, right-hand corner of your screen. There's three buttons; "account", "message" and "notifications." Click on "account". **In the drop down list, click "profile"**It'll take you to a screen with a large black square (if you currently have no picture.). Scroll down, and there's 5 grey bars stacked on top of eachother that stretch across the entire screen; "Profile", "Bookmark", "Comments", "Photos" and "Posts." Click Photos. Then, scroll down to the lower, left hand corner of the screen to two buttons, "Add new photo" and Upload".
