AQUA WOMAN / SCORPIO MAN HELP

backstory:

Met her on New Years eve 3 months ago, bonded over joints (yay) and spoke for 4 hours. Started hanging out a lot, went everywhere together, been doing all the things. Met her family, she's met mine whatevers, always doing something different every weekend, only see each other 1-2 times a week and bills and car rides are always equal (Also yay) I love her forward thinking ways, non-possessive nature and I firmly disagree that Scorp/Aqua pairings are bad, they are incredible when good. Here's the dilemma, she wants to work/live abroad for 2-3 months and I've always been very supportive of this and have manage to control my instinctive scorpion negative tendencies. I find her aloofness and emotional detachment very attractive and frustrating at the same time. The sex is incredible too when we get the chance to have it. I've asked her out and she said no but "didn't want anything to change" which I appreciate too. Does this person want to be involved with me romantically or is she sitting on the fence in light of a previous breakup 10 months ago and her intentions to go overseas in July this year? Need Aqua women opinions!! She also shows me subtly how much she appreciates me and often says extremely well thought out compliments which are rare. I deeply care for this woman and I'd do anything for her but is it worth continuing to trust her and being patient, she's a social animal but so am I?
