Aquarius Moon Reappearing Sporadically

Idk how to respond to this. I originally let this person go.... but I can admit I do have feelings about the situation. Will the disappearing, reappearing ever turn regular with a strong placement like a lunar Aqua moon? He said " Happy New Year, I love you" which I was really shocked to see I didn't think we were going to speak again... but it always seems like that then he pops back up and then disappears again after talking consistently for awhile. And he has said I love you before so that's not new but I feel like he isn't really treating me like he would treat someone he's supposed to "love".

The question is will things stabilize with the lunar moon or is this a testing period? I am trying to understand him better.

So the conclusion is I'm supposed to wait around for him to call me,text me, see me on his time and when he disappears just be patient until he comes around even if its months later, in the mean time I don't date around, I'm still 1000% faithful to him not knowing where we truly stand or if he'll stick around for the next reappearance?
