aquarius = tightwad

I'm all for the uniqueness of the aquarian personality. I've dated a few so I can speak from experience.
HOWEVER, all the ones I've interacted with, and I mean ALL have been cheapskates, count your pennies type.
This to me just blows any unique quality that got me interested in them from the start. I'm talking TIGHTWAD.
Very unflatering. I am attracted to another aquarius man now that has helped me out because of his friendlyness, he pulled me out of the dumps I was in, and I can't thank him enough for that. But now he seems to be showing the same signs when it comes to money. Cheap. Is this a quality an aquarius won't admit to? I keep on reading that aqua people are generous and not materialistic, but I find the opposite qualities in the ones I've met. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP

What I've read about aquas is that they are not materialistic and very giving, but I've found the opposite.
They are cheap cheap cheap when it comes to MONEY and spending it. No offense. Is this a trait that aquas don't want to own up to?

ive dated another aquarius and he kept his money close to himself (never in his pocket)and would find away for me to pay

but er if i think about myself hehe yeh im not a tightwad just hate spending money on unessersary things.. Even if i buy a magazine thats rubbish i fret i wasted ??1.60.. Id rather save it and that will be ??1.60 added to sumthng im wishing for.. lol call me crazy..

I dont know wat my x aquariun was saving for but my guess would be.. Visionrays.. saviing it for that all important thing, decision, rainy day, or whater tommorow they wish for.

He was a genorous man and i would do anything for anyone i just hate money so i keep it under close check! lol

nah there not that bad (aqua men).. i wouldnt blame it on the zodiac sign.. maybe its just your choice of men. Coincedence probably... if u dont like the men your catching.. change the bait, ur porbbaly just over concentrating it.

I used to have lunch with an aquarius girlfriend and she would bring a calculator to assure that she didn't pay a penny more toward the bill than she thought she owned. I told this story to my sisters who think that it's *no big deal* if a friend would do this over lunch. I on the other hand think it's petty to count pennies.
One of the aquarius guys I dated once gave me an itemized bill of what he thought I owned him after a vacation we took together. And I provided the house where we stayed , it was a family house not being used in Hawaii, and I provided the entertaiment. Now that's cheap. All he did was buy me a few meals when I lost my wallet. I guess it is the solution to arrange who pays for what before one goes on a vacation, so it was partly my fault, but I gave him the beefit of the doubt that he would have paid for more things if I was providing the accomadatons.

Whoaaaaaaaaaa...Aquarians are tightwads? TIGHTWADS, REALLY— We are not cheap! We just think in terms of equality. I can't speak for every Aqua, but I'm a fair person..."I'll show you mine, if you show me yours."


The way I see all three air signs:

Gemini: The cheapest! These people are ALL TALK AND NO ACTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Libras: Generous to a fault. They will splurge, if they are the one's in command. Example: Libras won't give you money to go shopping alone, they WILL COME WITH YOU SHOPPING and buy you things. They want to know where they're money is at all times!
Aquarius. Both generous and cheap. I guess it depends on the person were with.

Well, here is what I am finding out about the Aqua I am with. He is not cheap.......he is TACKY cheap. He will spend money, but only after he has drug us around and about. He likes nice things but wants it cheap. He will take me out and then use it as a reason for my needing to give.

He is learning though and calls it his learning curve. I am going to wilt under his curve.
He seems to be unable to say "broke" and know I love him. He needs excuses and they get dismantled when he tries to cover bases. Wonder if that is an Aqua also?

Do know that I am a Cancer and I read all this bad stuff about us. I am loyal to the core. My loyal........(don't get upset) is that if I tell you I feel a certain way you can count on it good as gold. If I tell you I am fine, I am fine.
If I tell you don't feel bad and I will not come back at you I won't...........

My Aqua man is cheap, and will take advantage of me which I will not allow. Whew to the fights.

Don't know if this helps but yeah "cheap unless he wants to spend". Then all of a sudden there is the money.

I cant say aquarius are cheap....the one i dated treated me so nice....when it came to money...but of course he was married and I didnt find out until I was madly in love with him

Kalena, I wouldn't say " cheap" per say..........I give when I want to give, I hate people asking for things I feel like I'm being used.....
