Does this aquarius guy like me OR just friendly?

He born in Feb 16. (His name is B)

He is friend with my best guy friend for maybe a year, and I just knew him about 3 months.
All 3 of us got closer for the a month. We are in the group chat.

B always picks on me both in group chat and on my facebook (but he doesn't do much anymore).
I know he is really friendly guy toward people so I never thought that he might likes me.
Even my best guyfriend was curious too.

So he went to CA for the conference last weekend.. It was the time that something had changed.
He said some sweet things to me on the GROUP chat like he missed me only OR CA wasn't fun at all without me.
it's kinda scared me though bc it happened very fast.. So I always tried to avoid replying back to him if he said sweet things.

He stopped saying sweet things after he got back to the campus, but he still picks on me.

When we all 3 together.. it looks like he pays more attention to my guyfriend instead of me though.

On wednesday, he invited me to go to his apt to watch hockey (I LOVE hockey, and I don't have TV in my apt).
I refused to him at first bc I didn't feel comfortable to be in his apt with his guy roommate alone.
I explained to him and he understood.
10 mins before game starts, he asked me again if I still wanna go to his place to watch the game.
That time I felt bad to him if I refused him again. So I jokingly told him that if he can pick me up at library before the game starts, then I will go.
So he drove very fast to pick me up at the library.
We didn't anything wrong in his apt though. He sat distantly from me (which I really like it).

On thursday's night, we played UNO online from midnight to 2am.

Last night, I went to Karaoke night on my campus.. and he was there too. He sat next to me (of course bc I'm his friend). And hahaha we played UNO with other students. He always picked on me, gave me bad cards and always laughed at me.

But sometimes he's cold to me in the group chat like he read my message,but didn't respond until hours later or none!

So do you think this guy might like me?
I'm not like his ex at all. I'm like a guy type, like sport, never put make-up on, always wear hoodies and adidas pants.

Cariousram, I don't know if I like like him or not.

Like if there is a cute girl walk by... he will tell me that there is a cute girl and smile to me.

😢 Is it an obvious sign that he's just think that I'm a good friend?

I know a guy by the name of b well short for another name whose birthday was february 16th, I hope were talking about 2 different people or my best advice is run...

Well.. he didn't pretend that he got the text. I'm sorry for confusing you.

He just told me and my bestfriend that he texted a girl who left the note on his car with her phone# when she pumped his car yesterday.
So he told me he texted her to ask the girl out tonight. And my best guyfriend read the text but didn't show me.

So.. I was really curious. But my best guyfriend showed me the message later on. There was no text that he asked her out.
So he was joking with me

Today, 3 of us went to the block halloween party on my campus.. For the first moment.. he didn't stand close to me or pay attention to me much.
But later on at night, he was always around me and OF COURSE, pick on me every single second!

Help me guys...

I was always with another girl. She is a friend of his friend. She isn't that close to him much. And that girl and I talked for a whole night.

This morning, B asked me what did I talk to that girl. He also blamed me that I occupied too much time with that girl last night! I told him that she wanted to talk with me and I didn't want to make her feel left out. He told me that if I didn't talk wit her, he will talk with her instead. I told B that she even texted me this morning.
B asked me why she texted me!! So I jokingly asked him if he crush on this girl. And then he didn't respond to me at all.

Do you think B might like that girl? AHHHH!! or do I think it too much?

I am a Feb 17 aqua and can relate to him. My best guess is he is confused about what he thinks about you probably or just playing around for the sake of it.

My other guess, he is not interested in the other girl. Aquas can go crazy sometimes like I do. 😛

The reason he doesn't say sweet things anymore is because you don't respond. Why would someone keep saying sweet things when they feel like they're not appreciated or wanted?

You seem kind of distant, so he probably thinks you don't like him like that. Aquas are secretly afraid of rejection and if they don't have a green light, they're not going to exert any effort for fear of being shot down.

If you like him, step up and make a move.

Psychologically, we are attracted to people whom other people find attractive. When others want them, we tend to find them more attractive. He may just be "upping" his desirability ratio.

I agree with Feby, though, just work on the friendship and see what shakes out.

I would have told him I was telling her about this hot guy I had a crush on. Then, when he asks "who?, who?, who?" (as "friends" will do), I would just describe him and see if he picks up on the fact that your description of the guy is the same as him.

Today, he send a message to the group chat, asking where were I and my guy friend in library. So I told him. He said he's gonna come.
However, he went to sit with his friends and a girl who we met at the halloween party on the weekend instead. 😭 He texted me that he's sitting behind me and invited me to sit with them 😭 I'm so UPSET!
i told him to come over.. but he refused!
Later on.. he visited me at the table and still invited me to sit with him and friends.

Welcome to the friendzone. Everyone falls in it. Aquarius are notorious for it. The catch is, most times it's the only way in, love us or hate us.

All I can say is i like a lot of people. Player mentality perhaps but I'd rather view it as options. Some people are just better suited as friends. I've gone after a girl and realised she's better as a friend, and I've been friends with girls that turn out to be a pretty good catch.

We are labelled friend collectors for a reason. I'll say this again as I said before that remove all human constructs, friendships are like a game of chess and I prefer to control the board. It sounds really negative I know but trust me when I say I mean it in the nicest way possible.

You are on his radar, he wouldn't talk to you if he didn't find you slightly interesting. So what's your next move?

We got dinner together tonight. And out of nowhere, he brought be a gift. Well, he sent me the picture before, asking me if I like it. But he told me he didn't get it at the end.
But today, he surprised me by giving my this gift.

So... my next move: still be friend with him.
Maybe he's just being nice.. And he knows I like that t-shirt (that he bought for me).

You're over thinking. If he liked the girl like that, then why would he invite another girl to sit with them?

Build the friendship and stop being so dramatic. Aquas have to be friends first and like things to develop naturally.

I kept talking with him.. You know, bc I didn't silence. He also picked on me.

But I felt like I did too much. He drove me and my best guyfriend back to the apt.

If she's flirting with him that much, I'm sure he knows she likes him.

Stop trying so hard. Be more mysterious. My impression is that aquas enjoy the mystery of getting to know someone. You have to give the green light, but you can't flirt your ass off. Most guys want to capture something they have to work at and when you're that open about your feelings, then it's not much of a chase. Now, that is different from being direct. Being direct is being confident.

So choose, either be mysterious and have him chase you or be direct and be confident. Either way gets an aqua's attention.

And don't be a chatterbox, droning on and on about nothing. My aqua hates chatterboxes. They don't have anything interesting to say and they are just trying to avoid the silence.

I think I already flirt with him back like try to touch his arm when we're joking together; be nice to him; teasing him sometimes. Are they enough?

Yesterday, he asked me and my bestfriend to join the potluck party @ his apt... But I told him I had to watch hockey game.. So he assumed that I didn't go and told me that I should just stay in my room and watch my hockey game. We kept arguing (in a joke way) for 20 mins..
He also told me that he's playing poker at his apt last night. So I jokingly said that he was playing the game with his gf. He didn't refuse at first, but he told me in the group chat later that he was with himself for a whole night, watching NBA.

Today, he invited me and my guyfriend for hiking.. and we 3 all agreed to go. He still and always teased me at the park.

I observed him when he's with other girls. He didn't even care or try to get to know those girls (but maybe because he doesn't know them well).

also... he always mentions about my bf (which I don't have...)
Like if I disappear from the group chat, he will say "stop talking with your bf"
Or he told me that the hiking today is for bachelor party.
So I told him who is the bachelor. He asked me that if I have bf. If I have a bf, I can't join the hiking activity.

I have another problem. This aquarius guy suddenly is mad at me without a reason.. ( I mean without a good reason).
He didn't talk to me, left the group chat.

So.. I messaged him on the private chat, asking if he's okay now and tell him to let me know if he's mad at me OR doesn't want to talk to me anymore.
He read the messages but didn't reply!

What should I do next? Leave him alone then?

I think he just did it to seek my attention. And he knows that I value the friendship alot. So when friends are mad at me, I will alway try to work things out.
And that's what I did to him.

He always flirts with me (if you count teasing and picking on me as a flirt).
I tease him back sometimes, but I never be the first person who starts it. I like him, BUT not like like him to want him as my bf.
I'm not sure about it yet. His sensitive side and joking side are scared me away sometimes. (like what he did to me today, pretending that he's mad at me).

For your question: I just forgot to invite him and my guyfriend to get lunch. And he's mad at me. 😢
