Let me ask you this.. Before he made his move the other night.. As i mentioned there are already several people at work that like me and he is always joking around like you should go out with this one or that one.. Why would he do that if he is into me?

Just because he's 'into' you doesn't mean he can't joke around and be friendly. I don't know how many more signs you want that you've already listed that tells you he likes you. In some respect he could be caring for you as a friend, it's what started it, seems like he has genuine affection for you and what happened that night might be his way of saying he likes you more than a friend.

Like I said it's a take it or leave it scenario, I don't understand why people need to complicate it.
