met my father 5 times, was always a dissapointment. and not met most of my family, including 3 brothers and two sisters-ooooh family-yipppeee.

My birth mother left me in an institution at birth & I have only heard my dads side. I love my step mum very much but my older bro has met his real dad & said it gave him closure so I think It would be worthwhile.

I think up all sorts of things of what she could be like but the main reason I would like to meet her is for genetic build up. I would like her medical history as my dad said she went crazy (I think she had post natal depression & they didn't know allot about it back then). My older bro said she tried to contact me once & I remember a bit -We had to move right away. I think My dad said something to the extent "she will try to kidnap you".
